Towards this end, B2B Travel Agency may take various steps to verify and confirm the authenticity, enforceability and validity of orders placed by you.

You submit and agree that the debit/credit card details provided by you to the Payment Gateway for payment transaction processing are correct and you shall not use a debit/credit card that is not lawfully owned by you. You are responsible for ensuring that sufficient credit is available on your presented Debit/Credit Card or Bank Account at the time of making the payment.

Many bank and credit/debit card companies charge their account holders transaction fees based on a number of factors. The currency exchange rateand any transaction fees are determined solely by the bank or other agency processing the transaction. These fees may be applied by the card issuer as a charge to the cardholders account. All cancellations or no-shows are subject to penalties imposed by the supplier. If you require a copy of these terms, please contact the supplier or your agent at B2B Travel Agency. Additionally, all booking cancellations, or no-shows are considered cancellations and subject to a non-refundable fee imposed by B2btravelagency.com in addition to the fees charged by the supplier/vendor.

All cancellations MUST be in writing and sent to B2btravelagency.com by email to res.india@b2btravelagency.com, Cancellations sent to any other address will not be processed. Upon making the booking, passenger(s) hereby accept & acknowledge liability for all cancellation fees imposed by B2btravelagency.com and the supplier. Cancellations are posted on the day when the complete cancellation documents are received by B2btravelagency.com, so long as they are received before 5:00 p.m. IST on a business day. All other cancellations will be posted on the next business day. Example: If an email is received at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday – when we are closed – it will NOT be processed until the following Monday morning. Your cancellation will be confirmed via email when processed.
